7-Day Easy Returns
You may return any unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
14-Day Replacement Guarantee
If your product develops a manufacturing defect or fault within 14 days of delivery, we will replace it with a brand new unit at absolutely no cost to you. Simply send us a photo or video of the defect along with your order number.

- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery (unless covered by the 14-day replacement guarantee)
Refund Method
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash. We do not charge any restocking or return shipping fees.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 3–5 business days after the return is received.
